Client satisfaction is my first priority. The mortgage process doesn’t have to be a difficult one. Listen to the client, communicate with them, act in their best interest, and do what you promised. This simple, yet sometimes hard to find, business philosophy is how I built my business and my reputation in the mortgage industry.
I have been working in the mortgage business for 18 years. After initially working for a major bank as a retail loan officer, I later went to work for a mortgage brokerage as a senior loan processor. This background prepared me well for the transition to being a loan officer in 1997.
In 1998, I earned the title of “Loan Agent of the Year” for highest production in my office, with a repeat performance in 1999. In early 2000 I co-founded Mortgage Professionals. I take pride in the fact that my business comes solely from referrals from realtors, financial planners, and satisfied clients.
